Mary Sheridan, a Nutritional Therapist, will be delivering an information talk here at the centre on Thursday 20th June.

Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutrition and health science to enable individuals to optimise their health potential. It is client centred and a systems based biology approach that focuses on finding the root cause of ill health. In this talk Mary will be giving practical tips on the right food choices for families to encourage good nutrition daily.
