We are getting organised for our Summer Street Collections 2024. Last year, together they raised nearly €10,000 so it really does make a difference to The Down Syndrome Centre North East.

If you, your friends or family members can volunteer for a few hours, it will be a great help and make such a difference.

Please see the dates below click the link below to let us know your availability and share with any friends and family:

Volunteering is one of the most valuable resources individuals can offer to nonprofits by playing a vital role in advancing the mission of DSCNE. By donating your time and skills, volunteers directly contribute to the impact and effectiveness of our programs and running of the charity, while also forging meaningful connections with the Down Syndrome community.

Street collections generates awareness and engagement of our centre. This helps raise our profile, attract new supporters, and foster a sense of belonging and ownership within the community. New families are always being introduced to our centre, so having visibility and presence across the four counties of Cavan, Monaghan, Louth and Meath ensures any new families can quickly learn of our services and start gaining support on their journeys.
